Bid Packages

The following is a list of Bid Packages currently available on the MHJIT Project.  To get Prequalified please see link "Get Prequalified" link on this page.

ACTIVE BID PACKAGES

• Bid Package #010A:  This package includes new baggage system for the new Terminal and Concourse for the MHJIT project.  Trades included: Terminal Baggage System.  Status:  Proposals have been received and interviews held. Contact Jim Brindle at jbrindle@hmmhteam.com for further information.

 FUTURE BID PACKAGES

• The next scheduled bid package release is not until February 2009. This will include the exterior skin of the Terminal, Concourse and Connector.

PREVIOUS BID PACKAGES

• Bid Package #001:  Bid Package #001 includes Drilled Piers, Reinforcing Steel for Drilled Piers, and Earthwork Support for Drilled Piers.  STATUS:  All trades have been awarded.
• Bid Package #002:  This package includes Shallow Foundations Trades (Reinforcing Steel, Concrete Material, Concrete Formwork, Concrete Place and Finish, Soil Treatment, Hoisting).  STATUS:  All trades have been awarded. Please contact HMMH for further information.
• Bid Package #003:  This package includes Earth Retention Systems, Excavation, and Demolition associated with the new Automated People Mover and Pedestrian Connector work.  STATUS:  All Trades have been awarded to Prime Subcontractors.  For questions about sub-prime opportunities please contact HMMH for further information.
• Bid Package #004:  This package includes Team Approach Mechanical and Team Approach Electrical for Phase 1 of the Enabling Trades for the Automated People Mover.  STATUS:  All trades have been awarded to the Prime Subcontractors.  For questions about Subprime opportunities please contact HMMH for further information.
• Bid Package #005A:  This package includes work outside of Concourse E in preparation for the Cut & Cover work.  Trades include Site Utilities including Jack & Bore, Fencing, Structural Steel Utility Support Bridges, and MSE Walls.  STATUS:   All trades have been awarded to the Prime Subcontractors.  For questions about Subprime opportunities please contact HMMH for further information. 
• Bid Package #005B:  This package is for Phase 2 of the Enabling Trades for the Automated People Mover and includes the work inside of Concourse E.  Trades include:  Baggage System Modifications,  Structural Steel, Misc. Steel, Masonry, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Paint, and Overhead Coiling Doors  STATUS:  All trades have been awarded to the Prime Subcontractors.  For questions about Subprime opportunities please contact HMMH for further information. 
• Bid Package #006:  This package is for the Terminal Structure.  Trades include:  Concrete Formwork, Reinforcing Steel, Post Tension Steel, Concrete Formwork, Concrete Material, Concrete Place and Finish, Structural Steel, Misc. • Bid Package #007 (Elevators, Escalators, Moving Walks Only):  This package is for the Elevators, Escalators and Moving Walks.  STATUS:  All trades have been awarded to the Prime Subcontractors.  For questions about Subprime opportunities please contact HMMH for further information. 
• Bid Package #007:  This package is for the AGTS Level of the Terminal Interiors.  Trades include fire proofing, drywall, wall finishes, doors, and overhead coiling doors.  STATUS:  All trades have been awarded to the Prime Subcontractors.  For questions about Subprime opportunities please contact HMMH for further information. 
• Bid Package #008:  This package is for the APM / Pedestrian Connector Structure.  Trades include:  Concrete Formwork, Reinforcing Steel, Post Tension Steel, Concrete Formwork, Concrete Material, Concrete Place and Finish, Structural Steel, Misc. • Bid Package #009:  This package is for Terminal Roadways and MHJJ Boulevard.  Trades include elevated and on-grade roadways, concrete paving, striping, site utilities, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, traffic signaling and signing, and other associated work.  STATUS:  All trades have been awarded to the Prime Subcontractors.  For questions about Subprime opportunities please contact HMMH for further information. 
• Curtainwall Bid Package:  This package includes Exterior Glazing Systems for the Terminal Project.  STATUS:  The curtainwall bid package has been awarded. Please contact HMMH for further information.
• Team Approach Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Bid Package:  This proposal includes Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing for the Terminal.  STATUS:  All Trades have been awarded to Primes Subcontractors.  For questions about sub-prime opportunities please contact HMMH for further information.
• Construction Requirements Bid Package:  Trades include Temporary Toilets, Dumpsters, Layout/Engineering, Hoisting.  STATUS:  All Trades listed above have been awarded.
